Certificate in Secure Computer and Database Systems

This program provides an understanding of computer system and database operations, related security problems and their solutions. The program includes three courses (nine credit hours):

  • CS550 Operating Systems
  • CS557 Information Security
  • CS574 Database Systems

Prerequisite: Baccalaureate degree; Two years programming education or experience; Working knowledge of Java or C++
