Women and Minorities in Computer Science
In using an applications-based curriculum and in stressing collaboration among students and faculty, we intend to make both the content and the academic environment very attractive to students. We intend to provide a blend of challenge, support, and friendship that students will find exciting. While these changes may be especially welcome for female and minority students, we believe that they will be healthy for all students.
